All of BREDAUX products are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure and trackable shipping method. Orders over €100 (for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany) or over €150 (for the rest of Europe and worldwide) qualify for free shipping. No discount code is required; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout and includes any applicable import duties.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Delivery times depend on your location and are provided below as general estimates. Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed and are only indicative.

Free Shipping Applies To:

• Orders over €100 within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
• Orders over €150 within the rest of Europe.
  
• Orders over €150 worldwide.

During promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be longer due to high order volumes.

Important Information:

• Orders from BREDAUX are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
• Once an order has been placed, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Received a Damaged Package?

Please email info@bredaux.com within 5 business days, including clear photos of the damage, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
